Professional manual tying shears with a particular system to bind the grapes with plastic wire.
Inside the plastic sleeve there is an helicoidal steel rod that ends with an hook.
Holding the cored wire with the hook and pulling it towards you, the wire wraps around itself, then the excess thread is cut with the scissors.
