Semiautomatic crown corker with automatic magazin

The semi-automatic capping machine KOMPAKT is suitable for the packaging of glass bottles with 26 or 29mm crown corks.

The clamping unit can be used on crown corks of 26 or 29mm diameter. If you need both diameters, an additional clamping unit is offered.
The closing head for the crown caps is made of hardened steel.
The sealing machine is equipped with a capsule channel made of stainless steel, which is adapted to the respective capsule format.
The distribution of the caps is done automatically with an automatic vibrating container.
From the container the cork are running into the distribution channel and after the closing unit pulls the bottle caps out of the channel and puts them in the closing cone.
