Vinegar production plant frutty® – Modern Technology for Natural Enjoyment
In recent years, vinegar has evolved into a high-quality food product – with a strong focus on taste, health, and regionality. With the frutty® vinegar system, producing your own vinegar becomes a simple and efficient process.
Thanks to state-of-the-art technology like the direct aeration system, the frutty® unit enables fully automatic vinegar production in just a few days. Taste, aroma, fragrance, and the color of the used fruits or raw materials are optimally preserved – resulting in a natural and high-quality end product.
How it works:
In a continuously aerated alcohol-based liquid (e.g., must, wine, fruit wine, or beer), special acetic acid bacteria convert the alcohol into acetic acid. The process runs automatically and requires only minimal intervention – simple, clean, and reliable.
Your advantages with frutty® at a glance:
• Fast fermentation thanks to direct aeration – vinegar ready in just a few days
• Proven submerged fermentation process with a powerful turbine ensuring high turbulence and maximum oxygen uptake
• Fully automatic operation with controlled temperature regulation for maximum process safety
• Gentle processing – preserving aroma, taste, and color
• High yield and consistently excellent product quality
• Ideal for small and medium-sized producers, gourmet food manufacturers, direct marketers, or artisanal operations
• Hygienic stainless-steel design – easy to clean and low maintenanceDiscover how easy it can be to produce high-quality vinegar yourself – with the frutty® vinegar system, developed for everyone who values quality and efficiency.
