    The aphrometer is an essential measuring tool for anyone making carbonated beverages. For professional production and also for handcrafted products.

    The purpose is to control the ultimate pressure in the bottles and indirectly the amount of carbon dioxide (or “bubbles”) in wine, sparkling wine, cava, spumante, kombucha, cider, tonic, beer and other carbonated beverages in general.

    – Control of ‘nitrogen’ pressure fed with the nitrogen system.
