Gardigo Dog and cat defence battery included

GARDIGO’s cat & dog repellent can drive away the animals with ultrasound. Humans cannot hear such high-frequency sounds, but animals can hear them very well. The frequency of the ultrasonic signal changes constantly in the range between 20 and 60 kHz. It is easy to ignore noises that remain the same, but not those that vary. This prevents the habituation effect. The device has a status LED so that you can monitor the activity of the electronic animal repellent. The device recognizes the motion of the animals with an infrared motion sensor (PIR). This component also recoginizes the animals from their body heat. The Cat & Dog Repeller has a sensitivity control to set range of the motion sensor. 3 customary AA (alkaline) batteries supply the device with power. It is therefore also suitable for use in autumn and winter.
