Professional fruit dryer with dehumidifier technology Mod. IMF150 for drying fruit, mushrooms, vegetables or herbs. By removing moisture, the fruit is gently dried, not hot-dried.
The dryers are designed for all companies, laboratories and farms that want to process their products using an advanced technological process that improves product quality and is energy efficient.
Drying works on the principle of a heat pump. Air is sucked in, dehumidified and fed into the working chamber. The moist air from the working chamber is continuously dehumidified and partly circulated and partly replaced by fresh air from outside.
The moisture is discharged via a water drain pipe. The appliance uses the heat it produces to heat the interior to the required temperature and is therefore very economical. A heating element is also installed to speed up the start and to heat when the outside temperature is too low.
The dryer meets hygiene requirements and is easy to clean and maintain. The dryer’s temperature and humidity can be easily set and read via a touch display.

The process can be carried out in the following ways:
• Ventilation with dehumidified air;
• Ventilation with heated air;
• Ventilation with dehumidified and heated air.
• During operation, pauses in which the moisture in the product passes from the inside to the outside can be programmed.
