Cooking pot gas Thermostat regulation for burner

Control thermostat which can be installed either in an oil bath or directly in the pot (please specify when ordering).
When the set temperature is reached, the gas burner switches off automatically and only the pilot flame continues to burn. As soon as the temperature drops again, the gas valve opens again and is ignited by the pilot flame.
