Fixed churning churn with rotating shaft, entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with satin non-stick interior finish. Equipped with an inspection port cover, safety measure against accidental opening, adjustment of blades speed rotation and buttered drain tap.
They feature powerful and silent 230V single-phase powered engines combined with sturdy multiple palettes that allow a high yield of butter and very short processing times. All churn components can be easily disassembled and wash for perfect sanitation of the entire machine.
