The bottleneck freezer (Champenoise method) for 32 bottles made of AISI 304 stainless steel, thanks to the use of glycol at a temperature of -25°C / -28°C, allows the freezing of bottlenecks during the “disgorging” phase of sparkling wines and champagnes so as to remove all impurities deposited in the cork and making the final product perfectly clear.
The compressor starts automatically according to the temperature of the hydroglycol mixture detected by the electronic temperature regulator via a probe inserted in the mixture storage tank, and the forced circulation of the glycol takes place via 2 agitators inside the refrigerator unit.
The 32-place bottleneck freezer with 70-liter internal tank has 4 swivel wheels for easy movement.
