Pneumatic Screw Capper ROPP 2 switches

Semi-automatic table-top screw capper. High-Tech Screw-capping performance, like on high speed automatic bottling plants.

The electric – pneumatic screw capper is a bench mounted screw capping machine which uses a pneumatic piston to push the bottle into the rotating ROPP head.
It is ideal for small scale production runs and/or laboratories.

Screw capping head with 4 rollers – 2 seaming and 2 threading – for high quality screw caps processing. Head made of stainless steel. One capping head included. Other capping heads formats available and/or interchangeable upon request.
The cap is positioned manually on the bottle. The bottle is then placed on the plate. The capping head then automatically first pushes the cap down into the bottle’s neck and then threads and seals the screw cap.
Suitable for different standard bottle formats.

Prior to despatch of each screw capper, we configure and test the unit with the bottle and cap combination specific to what the customer will be using.
