The jam cooking pot consists of two pots made of stainless steel AISI304 welded into each other. The space in between is filled with water to ensure a constant distribution of the heat and preventing the jam from burning. Through the boiling point of the water or the steam control valve on the pot, a constant temperature is achieved, which cannot exceed 105°C. Suitable for gas cookers, electric and induction plates.
