Preserves the varietal character and complements it with fermentation aromas. At lower fermentation temperatures (14 – 16°C) it enhances citrus aromas and minerality, at warmer fermentations (17 – 20°C) it produces intense aromas of white and tropical fruits. Aroma White produces particularly fruity, ester-accented wines and is mainly recommended for Burgundy varieties, modern Grüner Veltliner and rosés.
